Terms
Written to be read. The important part is short: you keep what you put in, you keep what comes out, and the approval gate does not move.

What this is
douu is a concept build — a design and engineering prototype of an agent product. There is no shipping service, no account you can create, and no software on the download page that installs anything.
These terms describe the arrangement the product is designed for. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
Your account, if there were one
You would keep ownership of everything you put into douu, and of everything it produces for you. We would claim no licence over your documents.
You are responsible for having the right to give douu the access you grant it — particularly inside accounts that are not yours alone.
Acceptable use
Do not use douu to break the law, to deceive someone about whether a machine or a person acted, or to reach into accounts you were not given.
Do not install a skill you cannot read. Skills are prose on purpose: if you cannot understand what it does, do not run it on your files.
The approval gate is not negotiable
Nothing that spends money, sends as you, or deletes on your behalf happens without your release. No plan, no skill and no integration changes that, and any claim that it does is wrong.
Plans and payment
Plans are billed in dollars. A job that fails is never charged. You can cancel at any time and keep the log.
$DOUU, where it exists, is a separate rail for paying by the job. It is not a plan, it is not an investment, and nothing on this site promises it will be worth anything.
Availability
Because the crew runs on your own machine, most of the product keeps working when we are down. The components that do depend on us are listed on the security page, with what breaks if each one fails.
Ending it
You can delete your account from inside the app, export the log on your way out, and revoke every integration without asking.
We can end an account for the acceptable-use reasons above, and we would tell you which one.
Liability and changes
douu is provided as a prototype, without warranty. Because it is a concept build, the honest statement is that we cannot be liable for work you relied on from a prototype.
Material changes to these terms are announced in the changelog.
